6 Month Holiday Portraits

Liam just had his 6 month holiday portraits done this past week. It's hard to believe that he is already 6 months old. Below are some of my favorites. I've uploaded the rest here.

6 months old

Liam turned six months old today. He is really starting to look grown up.



Rachel and I got our tree up and decorated this weekend. This was the earliest that we have even gotten our tree up. Liam was fascinated by all the lights and ornaments. He sat there for a good 30 min looking at the lights and talking up a storm. He is one who usually gets fussy if he sits in one place too long but this was not the case this time. He really enjoyed the tree anytime we sat down nearby.



This year we had Thanksgiving dinner at Phil and Kellie's house. No Thanksgiving dinner just yet for Liam. He has just started eating rice cereal and bananas for the past 2 weeks and loves them both. Later this week we will be trying another new food for him sweet potatoes. Let hope he like them as well.

Liam is starting early !!

This is a great picture that Rachel took last week of Liam on her Laptop. He managed to open a new tab in IE and then was able to open the Google desktop search bar.

3 months old

Liam turned 3 months this past Saturday, August 30th.

He has changed so much in the past few weeks. Rachel tried to take a nice 3 month picture below but it's not easy due to the fact that his hands are a permanent fixture in his mouth.



He just loves when we read him books. On most days we read 3 to 4 books. He new thing is talk along as we read to him.



For a long time Liam hated lying on his stomach, but within the last 2 weeks it his new favorite thing.

Sad News

I just found out that Leroi Moore Saxophonist and founding member of the Dave Matthews Band passed away due to complications stemming from his June ATV accident.



I've been a fan of this band for the past 14 years. I've had the pleasure of seeing them well over 50 times. I've seen DMB everywhere from a small club in Providence to Fenway park to Foxboro Stadium to the Gorge Amphitheater out in Washington state and quite a few other venues up and down the east coast.

His presence will be missed. There are so many songs that will never be the same without him on saxophone.

6 Weeks

It's hard to believe that Liam is 6 weeks old. He has already outgrown all his newborn clothes and it now in his 3 months clothes.



This one was taken a few weeks ago but I thought I would add it to the blog. Liam is sporting his new Pats outfit just in time for the preseason in a few weeks.

Week 3 - 4 pictures

Well I guess it's never to early for Dad to teach Liam about the fun guy stuff he needs to learn.

First we have the all important TV remote. This make life impossible to live with out.



Next we have xbox controller and headset



And you need your Redsox hat to wear while watching on your team on TV. As you can see someone is not so fond of the hat. I'll have to get a picture of him in redsox outfit.

Week 2 pictures

Liam had his 2 week pediatrician appointment this past Friday. He weighed in at 9lbs 3oz! That's up from his birth weight of 8lbs 13oz. He is doing great and is in the 50th percentile on all his measurements.

Father's Day family picture at my parents house. This was the first car trip we took with just Liam and Lacy in the back seat. She laid down next to him for the whole ride. Lacy has been great all around with Liam.

I've slacked off a bit and haven't post as much as often as I would like to. These pictures are some of my favorite pictures of Liam that we have taken so far.





Liam loves to sleep with his hands in all sorts of funny positions. I will have to post some of the funny ones up later.

Liam's 1st pictures

Liam is finally here. He weighed 8 lbs 13oz and was 22 inches long at birth.
We will post lots more pictures tomorrow when we get home from the hospital.

Updated Nursery Pictures

Our nursery is finally coming together. We got the crib, bookshelf and glider put together. Now we just need to finish decorating the room.

Nursary Before Pictures

Rachel was able to find some before pics of the room that we turned into a nursery. They must of spent alot of time adding the dinosaurs. I know that I spent just as much time covering them up.

First Nursery Pictures

I started painting the nursery last weekend. This weekend I added the seconded coat paint to finish up the walls. Rachel and I decided on a nice blue. I wish I had taken a picture before I started painting. The family that owned the house before had 3 boys and the had stenciled dinosaurs around the entire top of wall. It took me quite some time just to sand them down so that they would not be visible below the new paint.

My favorite games of 07

I played quite a few Xbox games last year. I have to say my pick for my favorite single player game was Bioshock. I didn't play this game when it first came out in august. I waited until it was given to me for Christmas. Once I played it I was unable to put the game down. The story is fantastic and graphics are amazing.







My favorite multiplayer game would have to be Halo 3. Both the online multipayer over Live and co-op

It's a Boy !!

As you all know Rachel and our expecting due May 25th. We had our level 2 ultrasound today. We found out the baby is healthy and everything looks good. We were most looking forward to finding out if it was a boy or girl. The both of us are way to impatient and practical not to find out. Plus it make painting the nursery that much easier. Now we can pick a gender specific color.
